While we wait for the site to mature and verified user base to slowly grow, let’s hear some introductions here? What’s your training / competition career been like? Would be nice to get to know the serious early adopters here a bit! :)
This is also a good opportunity to connect with people here on the site, who might take a look at your profile and chose to verify it or not. Please note, that we kindly don't allow "please verify me" topics in the forum as there will be too many of them.

I’m Swedish. I found LL while living in Germany - through the Daniel D’Dane lineage about 20y ago. It was cool how the guys at the Köln/Cologne sportshochschule had met a teacher that didn’t speak English by then and taught them grappling for many years before they found out it was LL. I trained under Andyconda for a few years until I had to move from the area. I had gotten in contact with grappling/Bjj/shooto/shootfighting in Stockholm 1994. I was always looking to train and for a teacher that knew more about the “stuff” we saw in UFC1-2.
Boxing, JJJ, Judo, Karate, Greco Roman, Savate MMA it was all part of my journey.
I was amazed to find a great teacher in Andyconda and the NoGi style that had it all from day 1 of training= neckcranks legattacks...
After my move I considered teaching LL as a purple belt but again in a foreign country - I ended up pursuing Bjj Gi/NoGi in a Yamasaki academy.
Europe’s LL lineage is still quite easily traceable. From what I’ve seen we have the early German “arm” and then the French. Somewhere in between it also grew in Poland and around the Mediterranean, but all have a few clear connections with the roots.
